We have just commissioned an 11kW Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP system at this property in Buckinghamshire.
The system is complete with UFH on the ground floor using an in screed system, controlled via Heatmiser Neo Stats. The client requested that he had room by room control therefore on the first floor we supplied and install Henrad Compact radiators fed from another UFH manifold. This solution enables the radiators to be controlled via a wall mounted room thermostat rather than a typical TRV providing the client with greater control.
In addition to the energy efficient heating and hot water Ecodan system we also install a 4kWp Solar PV system, utilising the GSE in roof system, black modules and the market leading Solaredge Inverter controls, this system coupled with a solar iboost will provide a large proportion of the properties electricity consumption during the summer months whilst also reducing the run time hours on the heat pump by heating the hot water.
