AES have now commissioned and completed a fully integrated a number of technologies on a renovation job in Hampshire. As part of the contract of works we have supplied and installed a Robbens Profi Screed UFH system to some of the ground floor with the remaining rooms having radiators fed from an UFH and a Profi Low UFH system to the first floor. All of the zones are controlled via Heatmiser Neo Stats so when teamed with the Neohub the room temperatures can be controlled remotely from anywhere in the world. The UFH systems are fed by an 11kW Ultra Quiet Mitsubishi Ecodan unit which is located down the bottom of the garden. In order to reduce heat loss between the outdoor unit and the property our team installed Rehau fully insulated underground pipework in a trench.
In addition to the Air Source Heat Pump System we also installed a 3.84kW GSE in roof Solar PV system complete with Solaredge optimisers, Solaredge smart hot water and Solaredges recently released integrated inverter car charger unit. All of which is fully controllable from anywhere in the world, via a phone, tablet or computer. The system is expected to generate 3302kWh per year lowering the clients energy costs.
