We have just completed the installation of a 48 panel solar installation on a block of flats in Southampton. The panels have been installed on a flat roof held down by ballast. We have utilised the east west system manufactured by British Manufacture K2 systems. The system has been combined with a Solaredge inverter and P300 optimisers which drastically simplified the wiring requirements of the site.
The Solaredge system enables each panel to act independently which will increase the system output drastically over the life of the system. In addition to which the system will be remotely monitored to identify any issues with the system from the Solaredge Portal.
