Our MVHR team have just completed the first fix – of a Robbens Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery System. With the increase need for buildings to become more and more air tight a greater number of properties are requiring some form of Mechanical Ventilation.
The Robbens MVHR unit manufactured in Germany is a market leader in this field. It uses a radial design system whereby individual pipes are as small as 75mm in diameter allowing the pipes to feed through to each room from a manifold box. This system not only has the advantage of making running services more manageable but it also has the benefit of reducing the noise levels emanating at the grille located in each room and also eliminates the potential for smells to pass from room to room.
