A project we started just under 12 months ago is now complete.
This stylish, modern build has been fitted with a 12kW Split Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump system. We undertook all space heating elements of the project to provide the client with an energy efficient heating and hot water system. As a result of our bespoke design a split system was selected due to the fact that split air source heat pumps from Mitsubishi Electric can be put up to 70 meters away from the property with next to no losses, improving their efficiency. Our estimated annual running cost for heating and hot water for this property is £650.00 per annum.
Part of our contracted works also included the provision of installing a 2.88kWp Solar PV system to help reduce the energy consumption of the property. The system utilizes LG Neon 2 black solar PV panels and Solaredge Inverters complete with optimisers. Both of these products come with market leading warranties for complete piece of mind. To further highlight our commitment of offering individuality in order to meet clients requirements the aluminium solar rails were powder coated black to reduce the visual impact of the system.
